How it works?
1) Discovery
While using your PC or laptop, you discover that its running too slow or is displaying error messages. This could be caused by general use or perhaps by a malicious virus infecting your system's core.
2) Action
Immediately, log onto VirusAssassin.com and book your PC in for a health check. This will alert one of our support engineers of your emergency, who will call you to gather some more information regarding the symptoms your PC or laptop is experiencing.
3) Collection
Our logistics team will organize the transportation that will collect your system. The physical condition of your PC/laptop will be recorded and a collection receipt will be left with you.
4) Assessment
Our PC doctors will examine the system and tally the symptoms against the notes collected from you during the Action stage (above).
5) Recommended Treatments
Our PC doctors will call you to discuss the treatments that they recommend. They will outline the time and costs involved and will wait for you to make the decision to go ahead with the recommended treatment for your PC or laptop.
6) Online or Telephone Payments
When you are happy to go ahead with the repairs, you may either pay on the phone using your debit or credit card or you may choose to pay online using your unique order number. You will be given a payment confirmation number and a receipt will be emailed to you.
7) Scheduling
Upon receipt of payment, the support engineers will create a repair slot for your computer in our system. A confirmation email will be sent notifying you of the exact time and date your system is scheduled to be repaired.
8) Repairs
When the designated repair slot is reached, the PC doctors will start the agreed treatment. A notification email will be sent when this occurs. Upon completion of the treatment, you will be notified of your system's condition. The PC doctor may ask to keep your system under observation for a little longer if the repairs were intensive. Your will be asked to pick a date and time for the system to be delivered back to you.
9) Delivery
Your computer will be delivered on the date and time you have agreed with the logistics team. The system will be installed and you will be asked to test it to your approval. A completion slip will be signed and a copy given to you for your records. Additionally, you may asked to provide feedback about your experience of using our services. This data will be used to improve our service level.
